Happy Birthday, Nurjannah Ahmat!

We have been in the same class for 5 years!

We have been lepak-ing and usha-ing guys at Midvalley since 14. You were 13, sangat maju.

We have been gossiping and screaming and shouting and acting like crazy girls.

We have grown so much together. I miss all of those.

Happy 20th Birthday, NJ!!!

Welcome to the 20s. It will be different, I assure you that.

ILOVEYOU!

AAHH!

Nak nangis! Tapi tak nangis pun. Still tak nangis-nangis lagi, Alhamdulillah. Dia masih tabah.

YTK!!

(Over the counter, OTC, "Legal but Lethal drugs")

Bagaimanakah anda hendak buktikan tiada perbezaan antara miu A dan miu B? Gunakanlah MINITAB.

Eh crap, wtf am I talking about la?

* Sila Google atau Youtube "JLS X-Factor" kalau hendak tahu.

Some Sort of a Reminder

Your view on yourself:

Other people find you very interesting, but you are really hiding your true self. Your friends love you because you are a good listener. They'll probably still love you if you learn to be yourself with them. Owh, thank you. HAHAHA

The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:

You like serious, smart and determined people. You don't judge a book by its cover, so good-looking people aren't necessarily your style. This makes you an attractive person in many people's eyes. Gahaha, thank you again.

Your readiness to commit to a relationship:

You are ready to commit as soon as you meet the right person. And you believe you will pretty much know as soon as you might that person. InsyaAllah..

The seriousness of your love:

Your have very sensible tactics when approaching the opposite sex. In many ways people find your straightforwardness attractive, so you will find yourself with plenty of dates. No I don't. LIAR.

Your views on education:

Education is very important in life. You want to study hard and learn as much as you can. Pfft!

The right job for you:

You have plenty of dream jobs but have little chance of doing any of them if you don't focus on something in particular. You need to choose something and go for it to be happy and achieve success. Hopefully!

How do you view success:

You are afraid of failure and scared to have a go at the career you would like to have in case you don't succeed. Don't give up when you haven't yet even started! Be courageous. What if I've started and I'm right in the middle of everything and dah 'kakut'?!

What are you most afraid of:

You are concerned about your image and the way others see you. This means that you try very hard to be accepted by other people. It's time for you to believe in who you are, not what you wear. Ouch. Eh jahat gila cakap aku macam tu. I'm turning into a wohman phase, biarlah. Hahaha

Who is your true self:

You are mature, reasonable, honest and give good advice. People ask for your comments on all sorts of different issues. Sometimes you might find yourself in a dilemma when trapped with a problem, which your heart rather than your head needs to solve. My heart is a pumping muscle.

You are the type to fall quickly and passionately in love, but will commit to a person forever when this happens. Terima kasih daun keladi, 2004.

When you choose to love someone, it's going to be a strong relationship and nothing will come between you and your lover. So far so good, Alhamdulillah.

But beware: love can turn you blind, and the rest of the world might cease to exist while you are in that honeymoon phase. Thanks for reminding. I've seen lots of people like this, very ugly

When you come down from your high, you may find you have neglected other people and things that you love.

Owh, Yes!

Jeng jeng jeng.. JENG!

The most wanted dessert by far, (not boasting or anything, it has been asked for many times by a few sweet tooth-s. *Smug*)

Sharing is caring yaww. So here's the recipe:

CHOCOLATE AND HAZELNUT MOUSSE (serves 12 cravers)

The mousse contains: (Ni terlampau banyak buat label for ubat-ubatan ni.)
300g milk chocolate, chopped (Cadbury is the easiest. But Hershey's would be nice too!)
3 eggs, room temperature, yolk seperated
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 cup thickened cream (I use Tesco's double cream)
1/3 cup roasted hazelnuts, finely chopped (frankly, I never do. Haha bulky ones are nice for me)

Methodology: (Sah-sah banyak sangat buat ubat-ubatan (=,='))
1. Place milk chocolate in bowl. Microwave, uncovered on medium for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Set aside to cool for approx. 5 minutes.
2. Add egg yolks to chocolate.
3. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Sprinkle sugar. Beat until thick and glossy. Fold half egg mixture into chocolate until combined. Fold in remaining.
4. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold cream and hazelnuts into chocolate mixture. Serve refrigerated separately in nice, small bowls. (minimun 4 hours)
5. Decorate with strawberries, cherries, blackberries, green white chocolate strips, cocoa powder, ANYTHING!

In bimbo style, "Chocolate, is the new PINK!" *Snaps fingers*

CAUTION: May cause sugar rush if taken excessively.

That was the first one I've ever made for our Christmas lunch last year. Not THAT smooth, got A FEW bubbles, but the bulges are from the hazelnuts. Topped with berries, very christmas-y, very nice indeed! Somehow it has a cocoa tint to it. Don't know where that came from. So that's a plus idea for you!

Those are the victims of sugar rush, hehe. With the latest one I made, topped with cherries. Not the best topping choice but still nice. It was creamier, less chocolaty, less sweet, friendlier for those who are not too keen with too much sweet on their tongues.

Notice I don't put them separately in small bowls like how they are supposed to because it's a hassle to make them into 30s! Plus everyone likes it that way. ;)

It doesn't taste the same EVERY TIME I make it. Its either creamier or chocolatier. But both are very nice options ey?

TIP: To produce a nice mousse, fold in ingredients with a basket of smiles. No blues allowed! Trust me, it'll taste different.

ENJOY!!

Tell me how it goes!
